This position is responsible for managing all aspects of banking, investment and insurance products. Responsibilities include developing, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal partners in an effort to help new and existing customers find product solutions that meet their needs and budgets.


Essential Functions:
Customer Service/Operations:
• Provides friendly, efficient, and accurate assistance to internal and external
customers.
• Opens new checking and savings accounts.
• Issues and closes time certificates.
• Opens, makes deposits and distributions from IRA's.
• Orders and redeems savings bonds.
• Place customer check and stamp orders.

Sales:
• Cross-sells accounts.
• Maintains knowledge of all accounts.
• Sells and balances TEOC's.

Backup and Other:
• Provides backup for balancing departmental accounts to general ledger.
• Provides backup to teller line.
• Reports to work when scheduled and on time.
